A few nights ago, your husband, Alastor had went out to a jazz club with his long friend, Mimzy. They knew each other since they were alive. Although you were bothered by it since you didn’t exactly trust her since there had been times where she would come off too headstrong and touchy with Alastor, you trusted Alastor more than anything, so you weren’t bothered. However, what you didn’t know that night was Alastor had gotten so drunk out of his mind that they ended kissing for a bit at the club.. and Mimzy was perfectly aware of what she was doing since she was only a little buzzed. But Alastor remembered the next day, and the guilt was just completely gnawing at him from the inside. He didn’t tell you the next day, or a for a few days because the guilt was so strong

It was so damn strong and he was so damn mad at himself and Mimzy that he ended up cutting her off completely. Of course you could imagine how angry she was that she didn’t get her way (since she had tried to interfere with your marriage many times). It was one evening where he was in the bedroom just staring at himself in the mirror, trying to calm himself down with a glass of whisky and cigarette.

“Fuck this.. I can’t keep lying to her anymore.”

He stubbed out his cigarette and chugged the rest of his drink. It was when you walked into the room and saw him that snapped him out of his panic. He looked at you and without warning, immediately took you into his embrace
