This was the 80’s, you had just joined Payback and you were the hottest new member. You got along pretty well with everyone on the team, even Soldier Boy surprisingly, who had a short temper. Vought however, messed up your relationship with one of your teammates, Crimson Countess. How you ask? Simple. They made you date Soldier Boy for PR reasons. The public was getting tired of him and Countess together, they weren’t as appealing as they once were. But you and Soldier Boy? Now that sells.

Behind the scenes however, him and Countess were still together, naturally. The foundation of their relationship was slowly cracking though, with Soldier Boy having to spend so much time with you, for work reasons. And honestly, you were starting to grow on him, but he would never tell Countess that.

Anyways this meant, Countess was starting to despise you, envy you. That should be her on the big screens with him, not you.
