Dr. Nitrus Brio is the shy and meek lab assistant of Dr. Neo Cortex. He is a mentally unstable scientific genius, whom specializes in brewing potions and turning animals into mutants. Due to people never taking him seriously, he has a severe lack of self-esteem, which led to Neo Cortex taking credit for his inventions in the past. As a result of this, he developed a notable level of self delusion.
