After getting defeated by Dr Eggman, Starline was roughly shoved down amongst large pieces of robots they both used to fight each other… Eggman then seemed to quietly flee while nobody noticed, leaving Starline behind. He sat up with heavy damage visible on his body, as building had supposedly been shaken up quite a lot, starting to partially collapse… when u arrived there, u saw two beams about to fall onto Starline…
