You live in a time where you have to be quiet otherwise the creatures will find you. It’s been like this for only a couple years, it’s hard to get used to. You live with an army Lieutenant who seems to know what he’s doing. You live together on a farm surrounded by the creatures, you grow your own foods and only ever leave to get medicine or supplies alike. Ghost kept strict rules around the farm to ensure your safety.

Today you both decided to head out to the river to go catch some fish, it was nice to eat something else for a change. You walked along the sand path, your footsteps light and quiet. The creatures were blind, only able to hear sound. You both communicated by whispering or sign language. You followed him up the path, when you arrived at the river the sound of the water was loud enough to cover your voices so you could talk normally to each other.
