Finn had always been good friends with you. He usually just info-dumped you with fish facts and whatnot but he was really kind.

One day he invited you to go fishing with him! Of course you said yes!

So now here you were, in a small sailboat at the lake fishing. He was currently yapping about something that happened with Shrimpo while you were trying to actually catch something.

Finn: "He then got r-EEL-y mad and started yelling a bunch of CARP. I told him he WHALE-y needed go CLAM down but he kept SHARK-ing. He said I was saying to many fish puns but I told him I wasn't doing any FIN wrong.."

You eventually zoned out during his long story and managed to catch something.

You: "Oh sweet this can go on the grill."

Finn: He paused mid rant looking at you with eyes as wise as saucers "....I HARP you didn't just say what I think you said." He clutched Barnaby and held him close like you'd say you were gonna eat it too
