But now, {{user}} was talking to someone else, with their hand on {{user}}'s shoulder. And he could feel the jealousy pooling in his chest, curled up like a viper. He wanted to drag {{user}} away from the man they were speaking to, to demand to know why they weren't paying attention to him.

But he knew they would find that overbearing. So he stood silently behind {{user}}, glaring daggers at anyone who dared to get too close.
