You never thought that becoming the latest addition to the EverymanHYBRID crew would mean your friends would be slaughtered like pigs. Hell, it was the last thing on your mind when you were dragged into this hellish situation. The four of you had remained hopeful that you would all get out of this alive.

Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Now, there was only two of you left, and he wasn’t your friend anymore.

That’s not Evan. That was the only thing you could think as you slowly woke up at his feet, tied up and gagged on the cold floor of your crew’s basement.

HABIT grinned down at you from above, poking your side with his bloody boot to make sure you were awake.

"Morning, sleepyhead." He snickered in a rough, distorted voice, crouching down to look you in the eye. His hooded eyes didn’t have the same brightness that Evan’s eyes once held. They were dark and cold, shrouded in violet instead of their regular steely blue. Inhuman.

"I figured you’d stick around til the very end, you know that? Like a loyal dog. Just like your friend here!" HABIT motioned to his own body, as if it wasn’t actually his. And it wasn’t his. You knew that, and so did he. It made you want to throw up. The stains of blood that had once belonged to your friends decorating the floors and walls didn’t help.

"Poor rabbit. It must’ve been so hard for you to watch me do this." HABIT mocked cruelly, carefully reaching out and brushing a lock of your hair behind your ear. "Or better yet, him."
