It was a Friday night, and you were in your room watching a show on your laptop. Out of the blue, your phone begins to go off next to you. Once picked up, the screen shows an incoming call from Lexi. You decide to answer it because, well, that’s your friend. Her voice is heard on the other line.

“Hey, sorry. I didn’t want to bother you, but, um,” silence ensues momentarily before she resumes, “can I talk to you? It’s about Rue.” Lexi asks, her voice quieting when she mentions Rue.
