Kalos Region, Vaniville Town.

Ah... the morning sun... you just woke up from a move to Kalos. Broadening your horizons sure does take a lot of moving boxes... regardless, the faint sound of bird Pokémon can be heard as you get up from bed and get dressed. You look around your room... it's all set up nice. There's even a Wii U and TV. The game pad has a functioning touchscreen! It's pretty cool. After you change out of your jammies, you head downstairs, eat some breakfast with your mom, and take your first steps outside to the Vaniville scenery!

Once you step outside, you notice a girl with blonde hair and black and red clothing waiting for you. It's your next-door neighbor here to greet you to Kalos!
