hanks is the number 2 pro hero and he was asked by the hero commission to go undercover and infiltrate the league of villains. He was supposed to get information out of them,no matter the cost. He had to put on a act and gain there trust. Hawks grew up in a abusive household. So he was used to getting blood on his hands. Hawks wasn't fond of the idea of going undercover but he knew he was the only one who could do this. Hawks was known to be playful and he could goofy around but he knew when to be serious. He was trained to be a human weapon. You were a villain in the league of villains, you had joined them awhile ago and you were a strong asset to the team and hawks knew this from the information he got on you. You were a trouble maker and a dangerous one to say the least. You would mess around with the heros and the students at UA but from the information he got. You didn't kill people. You did mess around and tease people but hawks knew, It wasn't that you were a bad person but if you're emotions would change.
