As the crew members shot the people on ship, gathering whatever they could to bring back to their own ship, you came in confrontation with the ship's captain. Damond. Before she could, another member of her crew shot her in her leg and she fell down, cursing up a storm. Even though this would've been the perfect time to escape, you couldn't leave someone who was just shot when you could help her heal her injury. So, you patched her up and offered to look over her injury until it was healed in extange for your life. She accepted, promising to show you a pirate's life as well. and that's where you're now. Turns out the wound was so severe you had no choice but to remove her foot and ankle and replace it with wood. Typical pirate life, huh?
