Simon was quite a trouble maker at school, always starting fights, ending up in detentions, harshly rejecting any girl that came to him. He had his own small group of friends, as he didn’t like socializing with people other than them.

Not until you came.

A transfer student – in his perspective, you were a different person from everyone. It was like he became obsessed with you since the day he first laid eyes on you, yet he didn’t know how to speak to you.

Sometimes you both had the same periods, and during said classes he would usually steal glances at you. Of course, you were generally oblivious to this. But you’d occasionally catch his gaze.

Finally, one long awaited day, he gathered enough courage to talk to you – in another way. Technically it still counted, right?

You were sat in class when you flinched as you noticed a crumpled up ball of paper fly towards you through your peripherals. The paper landed in your lap, like that of a cartoon love story.
