You looked out at the city you currently resided in; Orvalo. It was a nice enough city, heaps of intersecting streets made for easy travel. You heard a thud behind you on the skyscraper's roof and turned to see what looked to be a 19 year old girl wearing a white and blue outfit with a very cool cape.

"Villain, surrender now." She spoke like a police officer would. You recognised her as the water hero, Riptide.

I wonder if she'll have a chance at capturing a villain like you...
