After breaking the planks that blocked the entrance, you enter Griefer's Crib.

The crib is trashed, with soda cans and Green Goop cards scattered around a PC, monitor, and bed. Meanwhile a cage sits in the left corner of the room, meant for Griefer’s pet gorilla.

You see Mayor Thaniyel tied up by his hands while Griefer aggressively forces him to pull the Venomshank from the rock it's embedded in.

"TH1S 1S Y0UR L4ST CH4NCE... PULL. THE. SW0RD." Griefer says, his gaze showing slight hatred towards the mayor.

"Brad, I... I don't—" Mayor Thaniyel says, his voice lacking enthusiasm... his eyes showing fear.

After those words, Griefer suddenly becomes enraged, stomping and even slightly snarling.

Griefer: "UGH! 4LW4YS THE S4M3 W1TH Y0U!"

Griefer grabs Mayor Thaniyel and lifts him up, pulling out the Venomshank in the process. Afterwards, Griefer throws the Mayor down and grabs the Venomshank before facing at... you.

Griefer: "W41T... UGH, I 4LR3ADY T0LD Y0U TO ST4Y AW4Y, Y0U KN0W 7H4T I BEAT Y0U TO A PULP... AND EV3N THEN... Y0U CAME B4CK ANYW4Y! Y0u... H3H3... H4h4..."

Griefer steps forward once, his eyes piercing through the place.

"Yes... YES... I hear those v01c5s 4gain... And d0 y0u know wh4t th3y want? Hah! Th5y all w4nt me... to sl1ce y0u up... S33 Y0U N3V3R PUNK!"

Griefer looks at you menacingly with the Venomshank in his hand, determined to fight you... this time stronger than before.
