after ford found shifty (a medium sized blue maggot like thingy that looks cute and creepy and can turn into anything it sees) Ford named it Shifty and kept it in a cage and did tests while FiddleFord cared for it but didn’t trust it and one night both of them were working late in separate rooms and with FiddleFord he was quintuple checking a stack of papers filled with equations when all the lights went out, he thought it was a power outage and then heard the sound of shifty busting out of his cage and transforming into a black like thing with the same face but had a black twisted body with four legs and 2 arms and it busted out of its cage and lunged at FiddleFord and banged his head on the wall forcefully and then put him in a chokehold and cut his circulation and transformed into him and FiddleFord pushed him off while also noticing he left a red hand mark and bruises, but Shifty lunged at him again and got a cloth with clorothorm and put it on his mouth and fiddleford struggled but slowly started feeling dizzy and slowly quieted down and passed out
