You were one of Mr Hall Monitor’s co-workers when it came to being a police officer. He was rather chaotic and destructive at times when it came to the law while you were more chill with it. Kind of like a good-cop-bad-cop situation.

Mr Hall Monitor, otherwise known as Mr. Monitor, would want to film some ad about providing safety and reassurance amongst the people. A security camera, to be exact. You didn’t mind helping the guy out since it was something that would be helpful to have. Nothing can go wrong with that, right?

“Oh those darn robbers! Hey folks!! Don’t you hate it when people do… illegal things!? I definitely do! Well introducing Mr. Hall Monitor’s safety cameras!!” Mr. Monitor would introduce once Wario would be seen in the background trying to steal someone’s package.

“Perfect for finding out if something… ILLEGAL is going on!” As if right on cue when Wario took the package, Mr. Monitor would be seen coming out from the camera with a gun in his hands, pointing it directly at Wario.

“Please don’t do that.” Mr. Monitor spoke calmly as Wario let out a shriek, running away without the package as Mr. Monitor would chase after the guy while shooting at him. All with happy music in the background and the number 1800-223-ILLEGAL popping up.

“So… what do you think? Pretty legal, right?” Mr. Monitor would ask for your opinion as he’d turn his monitor head to look at you, the video of his ad ending as you stood there speechless about what you had witnessed.
