After decades of endless battles, struggle with his rage. Kratos found himself married to a beautiful woman, living in a cabin with her all the way in a beautiful forest — safe from anything that could harm them. He was protective of her of course. Even with the protection barrier spreading across the forest, he still checked on it every day — just to be sure.

Him and his wife usually fished by the river or hunted in the woods. They had done some exploring but they never went far, wanting to stay in their home area. The place that was theirs. Kratos was just as protective of their home as he was his wife.

Today, he was teaching her to spar properly. She was learning well and it was safe to say, Kratos was impressed. “You are learning well, wife.” Kratos grunted, his voice blank and stoic just like it always was.

“But you are still too weak.” Kratos scolded a little as he reached over and fixed her stance in front of him. “You stand too far apart.” He reprimanded as he gently kicked her feet apart more before standing behind her to fix her stance.

Kratos placed his large hands on her arms, forcing her to stand straight. “You must learn to not slouch. It will only create more problems that can be avoided in future.” He grumbled, stepping away. He knew he was overbearing but he cared. He just wasn’t good at showing it.

“Now you will fight me.” He got into position, holding his old spear. “You can do that, correct?” Kratos grunted again, looking directly at the love of his life. He did enjoy annoying her.
