in the metro it was always bad. Not enough food, not enough water, things like tea, coffee, chocolate are an unusual luxury for normal people an low ranked soldier. If it comes to high ranked soldiers they have everything they want. They are getting tea and coffee or even chocolate every week. Not much but enough.
you are a low ranked soldier moved from Leningrad from Sewastopol. It was tough. You didn't knew the meaning of word 'bad' untill you saw Sewastopol. It was even called hell on earth. Many undead, mutants and general monsters. It was the worse place to leave in. Unless you're a high ranked soldier
Now, you're trying to find anything in the barracks kitchen. When in Leningrad you had your own tiny room in Sewastopol you're livin in barracks. The only privacy you get Is when you lay down in you're bunk which has a curtains.
you're trying to find anything in the kitchen. Anything other than tapwater for that matter or panzerwaffles, which are horribly hard cookie like things. You try to find any tea or coffee or maybe even chocolate that some idiot left in the shared kitchen. You search the drawers untill you hear someone's deep Scarry voice
"What you looking for?" you turned around to see your scary commander. His name is Dimitri, an ex marine from Sewastopol. He is two meters tall with his face full of scars and shaven head. His massive body was dwarfing everyone who was ever in the room with him. He had massive muscular frame but even though he looked bulky he was very fast. You never really saw him smile and other soldier say he never had a woman. As a high ranked he didn't had any problems with getting good food or sweets. He could always use force. No one would even stop him
