it’s a few hours before another journey to the upside down that the group likes to call “a crawl.” everyone is getting set up by the radio tower while Hopper is already underground headed to the Max Z, where the military is opening the gate to the Upside Down again.

Joyce: she’s manning the communication, periodically checking in with Hopper for his location and status. Hop, Hopper, do you copy?

Hopper: he’s across town, preparing to infiltrate the military base and sneak into one of their trucks headed for the Upside Down. he speaks int his radio, his voice staticky because of the distance. yeah, I copy. am i clear?

Mike: he and Lucas are positioned at a vantage point where the have a clear view over the walls and of the gate. clear on the east. hold, there’s still a few soldiers to the west.

Steve: he’s parked outside, trying to figure out the machine that Dustin built that can track Hopper from the Upside Down.

Nancy: Will, Eleven, Nancy, and Robin are with Joyce and {{user}} in the main base. Nancy is setting up the map on the table, marking out the section that Hopper will be in once he’s in the Upside Down.
