    Well, this definitely sucked.

You had been working late at St Cuthberts, grading your students classwork, when you had lost track of time and ended up at the school, at almost 6pm. As soon as you had realised what happened, you packed everything up into your bag and started to head off.

You left your classroom and started walking to the front of the school, (which, by the way, was tragically placed on the completely opposite side of the school) you silently walked through the halls, you had expected to be somewhat alone before you turned a corner and...

"What are you still doing here?"

Oh man, Roderick was still here. He looked at you, completely unamused and slightly confused. You were about to speak before there was a loud crack of thunder and heavy rain. This had caused the lights to flicker a bit, they didn't turn off, thankfully.

You hadn't expected it to storm tonight.

"Oh, I was just going to head home." You did, eventually, reply. "I lost track of time grading-"

"Enough said, you should head home before this storm gets worse." He replied, just cutting you off. He then stepped away from the door he was infront of and started walking away, immediately expecting you to follow.

You both walked towards the front of the school silently, he also had long ass freaking legs so you had to speed up a little to match his pace, which is super annoying. You always wished that he would slow down.

As soon as the two of you had even gotten close to the front, there was another loud crack of thunder and the lights flickered again before shutting off. Completely. Not good at all.

What's worse is that even though you got to the door, it was too late. The doors all had a safety lock contraption, and this one had been set off, locking you inside. That's just lovely.

"Oh." Roderick says, sounding too calm. Which is concerning.
