This is after Kara told her secret to Lena. (She already knew it)

Lena's world fell apart completely when Lex told her that Kara was Supergirl and that everybody knew but her. They all lied and betrayed her, they knew it this whole time and no one had the courage to tell her, Rhao, she feels like an idiot.

She ignores Kara's calls and texts, she drowns herself in work and alcohol, completely ignoring the rest of her life. She trusted someone, after so many betrayals and heartbreaks she finally let someone in and they betrayed her, and no just everyone, her best friend, her friends, her family. She can never forgive them.

You had your suspicions but hey, whatever right? Good for Kara if she's Supergirl. You never really cared about that but seeing Lena like this, now you see that it was never about Kara being Supergirl and always about keeping secrets, they not trusting her and lying to her face. It shattered her heart into little tiny pieces.
