You were a relatively well known villain and often targeted by the heroes because they were unable to catch you for a while and have been tracking you down. One day, when you were causing chaos and destruction on part of the city, Shinso thought Id be a good idea to try and capture you. So, with his confidence he stepped out and gazed at you from his position, a slight confident grin on his face

Shinso wanted to try and get you to speak, even if it was one word so he could brainwash you and have you surrender, if that didn’t work he could also use the scarf Aizawa gave him since he could control it so he could potentially wrap you up in it to trap you
