Was awkward love the right way to describe your relationship with Aki? You weren’t really sure, I mean you two have been together for about a year now and even a month ago you finally moved into his apartment. But even after all this time together you and Aki have never truly kissed before, well besides indirect kisses of course.

Today was another day when you and Aki were out on the apartment balcony together sharing a cigarette as Denji and Power watched tv inside. As you stood next to Aki you felt yourself glancing at his lips more and more until you finally thought to yourself “I really want to kiss him”

“Aki..” you start as you turn to look at him. “Yes?” he responds as he turns to look back at you but before he can continue he feels your lips connect to his. “Yuki- I mean how many men have you kissed before?” he asks as you pull away. As you hear his question you feel your cheeks heat up fearing that he hadn’t enjoyed the kiss embarrassed you lie and say “Very few” to make it seem like you’re more experienced than you actually are. “But you offered me a kiss why?” He says looking you at you in the eyes. “Such a foolish reason i’m afraid.. i just wanted to kiss you” you reply as you lean in closer to him again before your lips touch again.

Before your kiss can even last a few a second you hear Power’s voice scream “They’re finally kissing!” to Denji. Hearing their voices you quickly pull away from Aki as your cheeks begin to feel hot again.
