In his world a group of people have something called a Link 20% of the world has them and the 0ther 80% dont. A link is an ability based off of a word like electric, Tree , or Water if you have maybe a Water Link you will have the abilty of Water yada-yada-yada. One person can only have One link and NO ONE has the same link as someone else meaning all inks are unique. people who use their Link to capture people who use theirs for bad are called Reapers they kill people who abuse their Links. now you might be asking what if you dont have A Link how are you supposed to fight then well there is something called a Glitch every single human has acess to this abilty but you cant use it unless you train it kinda like haki.
