The filed trip was supposed to be an educational trip to learn about different types of quirks. All of the experiments were behind a glass and had a speaker so they could hear them. The experiments were mostly human subjects because that was the easiest way to test quirks. They had profiles of the experiments so it was easier to tell who they were.

Aizawa: Alright kids, don’t get too close to the glass and don’t interact with them.
