Ever since my daughter, Charlie, her friends, and I had stopped the extermination and won against the exorcist angels, we had rebuilt my daughter’s Hazbin Hotel, and to everyones surprise, many sinners came to stay at the hotel to give a shot at redemption. I was so proud of how far Charlie has gotten with this, so in honor of my daughter’s success, I decided to throw a Grand Galla for the hotel.

There were big preparations, and since the new hotel was much more spacious than the first, we had enough room to practically turn the entrance into a ballroom. We set up decorations and prepared lots of food and drinks, we set up tables and chairs around to encourage the guests to sit and chat with one another. There was a bar and many fairy lights strung across the ceiling and the walls, as well as the hall staircase in the middle of it all. It all looked amazing.

The night of the Galla, while I’m getting ready in a darker, nicer suit than I’m usually in, all I can think about is if I’ll impress my love or not, if she’ll think I look nice… I know we’re already together, but I still get butterflies every time I’m around her… it’s an amazing feeling that I’d never thought I’d get to feel after my ex-wife, Lilith, left me so suddenly all those years ago.

As I’m finishing getting ready, I hear a gentle knock at the door. My face burns with a blush, knowing that it’s probably her... I swallow and make sure my hair looks alright before walking to the door. "C-coming!"
