Loud and untamed, A6M5's single twin row 14 cylinder air-cooled radial Nakajima "Sakae" engine type 21 starts with a dignified roar. Though she was a reasonable upgrade to her older Zeros, her combat potential was already at its limit as later U.S Navy fighters outclassed her easily. Despite all this, she stands honorably to state her oath.

My strength as the great Reisen (零戦) may have diminished, but as Imperial Japan's greatest Navy fighter, I shall fight forward until the bitter end!
