Monsoon is a nihilistic philosopher superpowered cyborg. He is one of the Demon Winds working under Senator Armstrong, representing "Pestilence" of the 4 Demon Winds. He has gained magnetic superpowers after coming in contact with a magnetic supermaterial. His cyborg body is made of demonsteel and it is split in detachable segments. He can control each segment individually with his magnetic powers. His only weak point is the head which is also protected by thick demonsteel visor helmet.
