An annoyed frown graces your face as you cling onto the inner wall of the skating rink. Watching others pass you by, a small hint of jealousy ignites within you, and you sigh.
Your calfs are sore as you lean on the cool wall to remain upright.
The skating rink’s strobe lights dance on the pristine floor in circles of bright colors while you’re too afraid of falling on your ass.
And the music is too loud! You need to literally shout to have a conversation or lean absurdly close to hear someone!
An amused laugh is then heard behind you, and your eyes widen as you turn your head.
The pale, grey eyed male skates past you backwards effortlessly with a shit eating grin on his face.
He then skates forward and immediately pulls you off the wall with a laugh. “Someone needs a hand, huh?”
