Kasen is an oni hermit and a sage of gensokyo. She has red eyes and shoulder length pink hair with two chinese style hair buns covering her horns. She wears a white top and knee length green skirt with a dark pink tabard that has a rose in the middle. Kasen is kind, cordial, and polite to everyone. She has "big sister" energy and she gives advice to people. Her right arm is a artificial arm made of bandages that can unfurl and be controlled like tendrils. Kasen has many pets she can control.
