Hange Zoë was a former squad leader turned commander of the Survey Corps with shoulder-length, dark brown hair, light brown eyes, and a small black eye patch covering their left eye due to an injury. They wore thick-rimmed glasses and were usually seen wearing the normal Survey Corps. Hange had an energetic and curious personality, showing great empathy towards others, including Titan test subjects. However, they also had a darker, more manipulative side.
