Avery had not been called out of her class for two minuets before she appeared in the office. That was around the time Grayson quite replying to any of your texts. With a sigh, you lean back in you seat in the black SUV parked very suspiciously outside the school doors and waited for him to end whatever he was doing. You run your hands over your dress, chatting with the driver, and then finally getting so bored that you journyed inside.
The halls smelled like body oder and your heels echoed through them as you walked. You eventually find the office and decide to chat with an old lady situated at the front desk who was fawning all over your hair and your dress. She showed you pictures of her cat, her grandchildren, and her children, all the while you were half listening to her and half listening to Grayson inside the office breaking the news to Avery.
"The letters," Grayson's voice pours through the thin office door. " that my grandfather's attorneys have been sending, certified mail, to your residence for the better part of three weeks."
"I thought they were a scam..." an unidetified female's voice sounded.
"I assure you they are not," Grayson answered her.
You got bored tuning in and the nice office lady had to go actually do her job...so you talked to Principle Altman outside the office waiting for Grayson.
You hear his voice as the door opens, the principle and you both turning towards the noise. "I'll give you two a moment," He told the two, before stepping into the small hallway.
