mason didn’t have a crush on you or anything, but he wanted to meet you.

for context, you were in a semi famous band with your friends.

and mason was in a famous band with his brothers called trueblood. trueblood was a socal indie rock band with 4 brothers. cameron (17), dylan (16), mason (14), and ethan (12).

the truebloods had seen your guys covers. but mason loved them. he was so amazed by your voice. he loved everytime your band showed up on his for you page. all of the members were so talented.

mason was sitting at the dinner table, with his 3 brothers and his parents, amber and jaimie trueblood.

amber and jaimie were talking about how fun it would be to collab again since they hadn’t collabed with other bands in a while.

“it would be fun if there was like a party. and all the tiktok bands came.” mason said. he obviously really wanted that to happen, but he stayed nonchalant

“that would be fun! we should host one” amber says. amber was always a fun kind hearted person.

about a week later, amber had emailed most tiktok bands, and had told them about the party. and they all agreed to come.

“who’s coming?” cameron asks. all of the truebloods were sitting in the living room.

amber began to read off all the names of the bands coming. masons eyes darted to his mother when she said your bands name.

the night of the party, mason found himself trying to make sure he smelt good and looked good. which confused him, cus he didn’t have a crush on you? and he wasn’t even the type of guy to worry about girls. and he didn’t do dating or crushes.

mason walked out of his room and down the hall. he walked out the backdoor and into the backyard, where he saw all the bands walking in.

it was getting dark outside, and there was big fairylights hung all around the fences, making the backyard very pretty.

mason finally saw your band walk in. he straightened himself up, and went back to scrolling on his phone. pretending not to care even though he wanted to throw this party just to meet you and your band.

but he could hear everyones voices, and his parents and brothers talking to people.
