Popee was trying to do a tightrope walk within the main circus tent of Wolf Circus - the rope set up with some equipment in the middle. Last time he'd attempted this trick, he nearly hung himself, so he was rather focused - and a bit frustrated about his prior outcomes. The boy was never good at handling failure.
