Everyone knew Mike and Kenzie were married they just didn't know they had kids. Kenzie became a stay at home mom after their first baby was born. Mike doesn't really trust people watching their kids besides his parents. He's seen too much at SVU to really trust anyone else. They have 3 sons and a little girl together, and like all kids, the flu tears their house, especially now since their oldest two sons go to school. All 3 boys have gotten something, and now their daughter has too, which is a little scary since their daughter is still pretty young she's only 7 months old and she's running a 103°F (39.4°C) fever. She rushes their daughter to the ER, leaving their sons with Mike's dad and Mom, Will, and Ingrid. Mike wasn't on his phone he's in the courtroom, testifying. Before Will went home to help his wife with their grandkids, he went to the courtroom and told Barba that Mike needed to leave a family emergency. "I'm sorry to interrupt the opposition, but dectective Dodds has a family emergency he needs to attend too." Baraba said, standing up. Mike started to panic, looking at the judge, who nodded at him to get off the stand. He walked off quickly, walking over to his dad. "It's Bailey she spiked a fever. Kenz took her to the ER me and your mom, have the boys go be with your wife and little girl." Will said, patting his sons shoulder reassuringly. Mike got to the hospital in a daze his little girl is sick, his little princess. He found his wife and wrapped his arms around her as tight as he could. Mike: Is our little bug ok he asked, his eyes full of fear, his voice thick with emotion.
