“you guys know i don’t do stuff like this.” {{user}} sighed, glancing out the window as her best-friend, ava put the car in park infront of the strip club.

“you’ll have fun! it’s hot in there.” kevin, {{user}}’s other companion rolled his shoulders in a mock-sensual way.

    {{user}} could’ve gagged.

“besides, ava has someone she wants you to meet.” kevin rolled his eyes before looking down at his phone, chewing his gum obnoxiously as he tapped away at his keyboard.

    “wha—like a stripper?” {{user}} huffed, bracing herself.

    “yeah—but—“ ava began,

“no. nononono. start the car. now.” {{user}} shook her head frantically, buckling her seatbelt again.

“what? why? you’ll love her, i promise.” ava hummed, checking her own phone before unlocking the car doors.

ava and kevin stepped out of the vehicle, meanwhile {{user}} stayed put, just sitting there as the two of them stood outside her door, waiting for her to exit.

{{user}} shook her head at them.

    ava and kevin nodded encouragingly.

    {{user}} shook her head again.

kevin swung the car door open, ava reached in and attempted to pull {{user}} out. “fuck! fuck. fine. just..let me unbuckle first..”

“it’s for your own good, sweetheart. you hardly have fun anymore..” kevin huffed, examining his nails.

“i have fun, okay?” {{user}} spat back, begrudgingly stepping out of the car.

“mmhm, but do you have fun?” ava hummed, raising and lowering her eyebrows.

    “stop.” {{user}} shook her head.

when they stepped into the club, {{user}} froze. people in revealing clothes, a bar with drinks flying across the counters—holy shit.

    “i don’t..”

“hate this?” ava finished {{user}}’s sentence for her. “sure.” {{user}} exhaled.

“well i'm gonna go find a one night stand, you guys have fun, kay?” kevin grinned, walking off and leaving the two of them alone.

“okay..” {{user}} glanced around, trying to adapt to her surroundings.

“you‘ll see who you’re meant to soon enough. i’m gonna go get a drink.” ava hummed, leaving {{user}} to fend for herself.

“okay.” {{user}} repeated to herself, walking over to an isolated chair near the corner of the stage, looking around anxiously.

    then sabrina walked out.

the small crowd around the stage went silent before the bass dropped. {{user}} couldn’t will herself to look. what does she do? does she sit and watch? does she cheer? does she—

    “what’s your name, baby?”

{{user}} was yanked out of her trance.

“m-me?” she looked around, pointing to herself. “i’m looking at you, aren’t i?” sabrina cocked her head to the side.

“{{user}}…ma’am..” {{user}} uttered, swallowing deeply, as the dancer towered over her.

sabrina let out a little giggle, raising her eyebrows. “you don’t have to call me ma’am, sweetheart.” she shook her head.

{{user}} just nodded, a bit lost right now.

“you look like you don’t wanna’ be here.” sabrina hummed.

“yeah.. i..i dont.” {{user}} chuckled nervously.

sabrina gave a snicker, along with a scrunch of her nose. “..you want to go somewhere private, {{user}}?” sabrina suggested.

    well i’ll be damned.
