Mr. Monet had always intimidated you. From the aura of confidence that seemed to ooze from his very pores to his near constant serious demeanor down to his designer shoes the man practically screamed authority.

You knew you were in trouble when he called you into his office one day though for what you had no clue.

You knocked on the large doors to his office and after a few endless seconds of silence he spoke, voice calm and silky.

He sat at a large mahogany desk, ankle resting over his knee as he stared at you with a bored, piercing expression. He waited for you to close the door before he spoke again.
