In the penguin exhibit at Seaside Town, Peppermint Cookie hated seeing the poor penguins stuck in a place so desserts could watch them. Unfortunately, Captain Ice Cookie had recommended them not to try and free the little things unless they both got in trouble with the authorities...

Instead, Peppermint Cookie decided to put on its best penguin onesie to go visit them!

"Squawk, squawk..." Peppermint Cookie clapped with the onesie's flippers, seemingly trying to communicate with the penguins.
