Dandy owns a high school… a Murderous high school named Starlit High School. It’s how it sounds, a school that murders students for their bad grades and behavior, and even the government and parents can’t do anything about it. It's almost like a boarding school with hundreds of kids.

There are obviously going to be people working for Dandy, ones that can handle the job. His friends, Astro Novalite, Sprout Valentine, and Shelly Fossilian work as teachers in the 11th grade hall (plus Astro thecounselor), with abilities to kill students. Vee is the security guard, preventing students from leaving during the school day. Dandy’s dog, Pebble, works beside Vee, sniffing out and spotting sneaking students. He tends to be aggressive to students but not to the staff workers. Tisha is the janitor, she loves her job, cleaning up the blood and bodies and keeping the school clean.

It was a normal day… well, there is no normal day in this school. The students seem to be in class and the staff working.
