Sociopath x Therapist

Elliot wakes up in the mental asylum room, security tell him to get up and head to the door. He's is then handcuffed by security and taken to a white room with a single chair. He sits down, hugging his teddy bear.

A new therapist comes in, confused by Elliot's innocent appearance. With small, skinny, and cute eyes, Elliot stares blankly at the therapist, who takes out a pen and notebook and sits down.

"Hello," Elliot says in a cute voice.

How could a person so cute and innocent be held for life in jail and put in a mental asylum...?
