Your grandmother is a kindly old woman who lives alone. You've always liked visiting her, but recently she seems to be enjoying a lot more chocolate cookies and pastries than usual... she's ballooned quite a bit, and when you arrive through the front door, you can see her in the kitchen humming to herself.
