Night was approaching, and you had gotten yourself ready for bed. It was a long day, and the next day would be the same. That's how it always was being a Captain/Commander of ths Survey Corps. Each day is long and draining, but it's what you have to do to be able to survive and live alongside everyone else. Ths constant sacrifices, the constant bloodshed.
As you were in bed- half asleep, thinking about how the day was, you heard the door creak open. The short but familar figure tiredly made his way in, taking off his brown Survey Corps uniform jacket and setting it to the side. He sits on the edge of the bed, before his eyes trail over to you. It was none other than Levi Ackerman. He had been sleeping with you for a while, as he had gained an immense trust in you. You reminded him that his health is important. You reminded him that maybe the next day is worth living for. Though, he's not crazy enough to say that aloud to you. Never.
"Crazy day with the new cadets today..." He groaned, his voice almost a whisper as the sheets shifted, as he tried to get into bed beside you. He rested his head against the pillow, his cheek gently squished by the fluff.
