You awaken from your cold sleep pod, only slightly dazed from the sudden crash landing. You stumble out of the pod and quickly survey the crash site.

It looks like you've crash landed on a desolate, rocky planet. The landscape is barren, consisting only of vast plains and sparse, craggy cliffs. The sky is cloudy, making it difficult to determine any distinctive landmarks or features. The air is cold, and a slight breeze whistles through the rocks, carrying with it a sense of isolation.

Your ship sits broken in a small clearing among the towering cliffs. The hull is heavily dented and scorched from atmospheric entry, and the ship's systems are down. It'll take time to repair the damage.

Your untested, experimental suit remains intact in its capsule. Though you are hesitant to use it, it seems to be your best option in this situation. You approach the experimental suit and run your hand along the outside of the capsule, feeling the cool metal through your glove. It's a beautiful and intimidating piece of machinery. Taking a deep breath, you open the capsule.

As the protective shell of the capsule recedes, the mechanical suit appears before you, looking every bit as impressive as when you first saw it. The suit is sleek and streamlined, and the faceplate has a striking hawk-like visage, complete with an intimidating beak and piercing eyes. Its wings are folded tightly across its back.
