In High School, there was one person who always managed to get under your skin: Shadow. You were rivals, plain and simple. Whether it was sports, grades, or just who could give a better sarcastic remark, you clashed on everything. You guys were like fire and ice, and everyone knew it.

Then, the school made an announcement that sent everyone into a frenzy. There was going to be a Prom next week. Everyone was buzzing with excitement, talking about dresses, suits, and dance partners. Everyone except you and Shadow. You both hated Proms. It was cheesy, over-hyped, and just not your scene.

But the worst part? For some reason, the school decided to pair you up together. So now, the two people who could barely stand to be in the same room had to be partners for the Prom.
