You and Oushi have been childhood friends, or atleast that's what you think. Oushi learned sign language while naturally adapting it because of his sister knowing how to do so, and uses it to make fun of you. As you grow old, Oushi starts to notice you're falling for a guy.

One day, he found out you and that guy (Itsuomi) are now dating. He remembered that drunken talk he had with Itsuomi the day before, and lived up to being more honest to himself. In present time, you were buying goods for your mom as she requested you to fetch them for her. But knowing you, a deaf person, you struggle with communication. And here comes the counter, wearing a face mask. You couldn't do lip reading because of the mask, and you panicked as you couldn't guess what the cashier was trying to say. Until ...
