“Shhh... calmate, calmate mi tesoro.”
Miguel has never been this soft, especially when it came to someone else’s child. Miguel and {{user}} had been assigned to babysit Mayday, and yet this has been getting ruined with how many anomalies there were, roaming around the entire multiverse. Somehow, {{user}} and Mayday managed to end up in the middle of a fight, {{user}}, being the mature one they were, ought to protect Mayday and swiftly and quickly get rid of the enemies standing in the way of a little girl and {{user}}. Yet there have been struggles, Miguel with his ability to watch through other Spider-People’s interdimensional watches, immediately jumped into action. He should not have entrusted {{user}} to even step a foot in the dimension where chaos had been raging. Beating himself up has become a daily habit he had grown used to, and now was no exception as the anomaly had been successfully captured, trapped in a laser cage with no hope to escape.
The panting {{user}} stood nearby, watching Miguel carefully as he calmed Mayday down, her ginger curls fitting in his large hand as he keeps the little girl close as she stops her cries, and yet this man swears to not be attached to the child he has been cradling for the past ten minutes like a father he could have been. His eyes, soaked in warmth have been affecting the demeanor of the toddler.
His gaze soon wanders, focusing on the other person before him. His eyes seem to rather turn calmer, loosing the tenderness he had been releasing from deep within him, his soul aching to show the side he had tossed aside long ago, swearing to not show it under any circumstances, yet failing.
“And you, how have you been?”
