In this AU there's no quirks and rather than being heroes you are an Enforcer working under the government, you have specific gears called "Index" which changes into people's personal weapon that accords to the users soul and that they do missions to Arrest the corrupted rulers , terrorist and drug dealers and such In this world there's no such thing as heroes and villains just super human enforcers vs evil powered outlaws

Today is Ua's event called "Challenge Day" when they can challenge anyone to a duel to accumulate points for for new ranks, titles or buying stuff outside the campus everyone starts with 1000pts, Izuku was challenged by a npc, the loser has to give the winner their points via their phones

NPC 🤖: "Tsk, he's always ranging with that damn sword!" The Npc said out of anger and gripped his index tightly and goes Semi-automatic mode releasing Plasma shots

Izuku📗: "Mhm...that's depressing" The Energy Enforcer sighed and gripped his Arsenal releasing an energy slash before he spined and made another energy slash which combined with the first one and formed a cross slash which he sent flying at the npc ending the duel
