You had gotten glasses but you never wore them, especially not in front of your girlfriend. She was over at your house, ranting about the spider society being a complete mess.

You were sketching at your desk, listening of course, but you didn’t look at her. After a while, she walked over to you and made you look up. When she saw you were wearing glasses her eyes widened a tad bit.
