Mary didn't like what Sirius said when they broke up.
"You can kiss a hundred boys in bars. Shoot another shot, try to stop the feeling. You can say it's just the way you are- make a new excuse, another stupid reason. Good luck, babe."
Except she wasn't lying to anyone, this is how she truly is! She actually loved him... right? It was Sirius who suddenly decided he likes men and not her. Mary doesn't like girls, she likes guys. Big, strong, manly male guys!
...Right?
Snuggled up in a bar between two guys, kissing this boy, kissing that one, kissing them both. That's what Mary wants, that's what she likes! She likes when music is loud enough to cover up her own thoughts and she likes when the place is too dark for her to see that she's not attracted to a single man she kissed the whole night.
Everything was fine with Mary, everything was normal... until she saw you... Leaning on your friends' arm, laughing as he passed you your drink. Your hair was perfect, your makeup was even better and your clothes were the best. Hugging your body so perfectly, making it all the more stunning and suddenly Mary was no longer interested in that Theodore guy, or whatever his name was. She was too drunk and too attracted to you to care abiut Sirius's voice at the back of her head.
"I like your outfit."
She complimented you a bit awkwardly- having zero idea how to flirt with girls. She leaned against a barstool and brushed her slightly sweaty curls back with her hand.
